The Devepark project aims at developing historic parks management, attract more visitors to the parks, provide new cooperation models and techniques for maintenance of the parks. By developing the parks, new possibilities to use historic parks as new targets for tourism can be discovered and also new economical and employment possibilities are created on regional and local levels. The project helps to develop better cooperation among partner organizations and involve stakeholders in intensive learning and information sharing in the workshops therefore contributing to education and raising experience of groups. The project will carry out an experimental study by study tours and produce textual material and data in different forms to make results openly accessed and sustainable. Also pilot parks and areas will be developed to get real results from the actions. Also certain new small infrastructure investment would be carried out to improve the historic park environment.
